Man Sentenced to Life Without Parole in San Antonio Triple Murder Case

SAN ANTONIO, Texas — A man has been sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole after being found guilty of capital murder in a triple homicide case involving a young couple and their unborn child.

Christopher Preciado was convicted following a trial that lasted more than a week and a half. On March 26, 2026, Judge Jennifer Peña of the 290th District Court formally sentenced him to life without parole for the deaths of Matthew Guerra, Savanah Soto, and their unborn baby, Fabian.
