Albuquerque man accused of helping friend stalk ex before deadly shooting

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — Police arrested a man for his role in a shooting that led to the death of a man earlier this month in Albuquerque’s North Valley.

Jeremy Muñoz, 46, faces charges for allegedly helping his friend, 41-year-old Sam Martin, chase down his ex-girlfriend and her new boyfriend in their vehicle before opening fire on them.

Muñoz is accused of firing 14 gunshots at them on westbound Aztec Road, between 2nd Street and 11th Street. Later, the ex’s friends allegedly opened fire on their vehicle at 8th Street and Menaul Boulevard…
