A homicide investigation is underway in the southwest Las Vegas valley after police converged on a residential block Thursday evening and kept the area sealed off late into the night.
Officers were called to the 8200 block of Cupertino Heights Way, where Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department detectives focused on a home along the street and began a lengthy evidence search.
