SPOKANE, Wash. — Spokane has landed in the top 10 most challenging cities in the United States for people with pollen allergies, marking a dramatic jump from previous years.
The city ranked ninth on the 2026 Allergy Capitals report released by the Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America. Last year, Spokane ranked 82nd.
