Gilbert Public Schools is planning the 2027–2030 school calendars and wants feedback from parents, guardians, and staff. Two options are being considered:
- 1-2-1 calendar: School starts in August, with 1 week of fall break, 2 weeks of winter break, 1 week of spring break, and 11 weeks of summer.
- 2-2-2 calendar: School starts in July, with 2 weeks each for fall, winter, and spring breaks, and 9 weeks of summer.
Families can view the proposed calendars and complete the short survey through ParentSquare. Only one response per household will be accepted. The survey closes Tuesday, April 7, 2026, at 5:00 p.m.
