Man gets life term for shooting at crash witnesses

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — A man who followed and shot at a mother and daughter who witnessed a crash he was involved in was sentenced Wednesday to a life term in prison.

Prosecutors said Tony Reyes was sentenced to seven years to life, plus four years.

Neither the woman nor her juvenile daughter were injured. At least one round passed through the passenger window of their vehicle, striking near where the juvenile was seated, prosecutors said…
