Circa 1886, the award-winning restaurant located in the original carriage house of the historic Wentworth Mansion, has announced its first signature wine dinner of 2026. On Thursday, May 21, at 6:30 p.m., guests are invited to “An Evening with David Tate,” featuring a rare tasting experience guided by one of the industry’s most respected vintners.
The evening marks a unique collaboration between Executive Chef Marc Collins and special guest David Tate, the celebrated winemaker for Barnett Vineyards and the proprietor and winemaker of Tate Wines.
Throughout the five-course dinner, guests will have intimate access to Tate as he shares the stories behind his highly sought-after, small-production selections.
