TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — Video from the Florida Highway Patrol shows the moments a speeding car, fleeing from troopers, hit another car then rolled several times in the middle of the highway.
It happened Tuesday night on the Howard Frankland Bridge. In the video, the suspect is swerving in and out of lanes with the vehicle’s hazard lights on.

“She was driving pretty good. And in fact, she looked like she was a NASCAR driver,” said Demora Mullan.
Mullan was also on the bridge that night, and said she saw the suspect’s car briefly in her rear-view mirror. That was until the driver hit another car and went rolling in the lane. You see sparks from the impact fly, and debris scattered across the highway…
