KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — The Knox County District Attorney said the state secured the maximum sentence for a Knoxville man who sexually assaulted a woman while she was unconscious and recorded the act.
Rudolph Valentino Campbell III was convicted on two counts of rape and one count of disseminating unlawful photographs for a crime that happened in December 2024.
DA Charme Allen said the victim had been out drinking the night of Dec. 17 before ending up at Campbell’s house, where she passed out. While she was unconscious, Campbell recorded himself sexually assaulting the victim and sent the video to another person…
