MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – The Memphis Police Department is investigating after a child was struck by a bullet during that early morning hours of March 27.
According to MPD, officers responded to a shots fired call a little after 3 a.m. on Douglass Avenue in the Orange Mound area.
