NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) – Norfolk Fire-Rescue responded to a call in the 900 block of Wakefield Avenue Friday afternoon. The call was received around 1:30 p.m.
WAVY sent a crew to the scene which is off of Ingleside Road.
