Newton Park and roads surrounding the park will be closed for the Rotary Club of Winter Garden’s Evening at the Pops.
The park, which is located at 31 W. Garden Ave., boat ramp and parking lot will be closed from 6 a.m. to approximately 11:59 p.m. Saturday, March 28.
On-site event parking at Newton Park is not available, except for limited handicap and golf cart parking zones…
