Shipley Do-Nuts is flipping the lights back on at its Orlando shop on South Semoran this weekend, returning under new ownership with a two-day bash starting tomorrow. On tap are a chamber-backed ribbon cutting, live music, giveaways, and a fundraising tie-in for the Pet Alliance of Greater Orlando.
The grand reopening kicks off Friday at 10 a.m. with a ribbon-cutting ceremony in partnership with the Orlando Chamber of Commerce, followed by a ceremonial donut-pyramid cutting and steel-drum tunes. Guests on Friday can snag one free donut and one coffee while supplies last, and the first 25 people in line will score free donuts for a year.
