Relatives say a late-night confrontation inside a Wilkinsburg home turned terrifying on Friday, when a woman allegedly tried to stab her mother and then cut her sister. Family members managed to wrestle away the knife on Graham Boulevard before officers arrived and took the woman into custody. Authorities say she was later transported for evaluation and is now facing felony charges.

As reported by WTAE, the mother told officers she woke up to her daughter entering the bedroom, staring at her, and then trying to stab her, prompting the mother to call 911.
