TYBEE ISLAND, Ga. (WSAV) — For years Tybee’s shore has welcomed thousands for the Orange Crush beach festival, but this year Mayor Brian West said it’s getting a rebrand from the organizer.
Crush Reloaded is set to hit Georgia’s coast on April 18 and will be led by Steven Smalls, who has been issued a conditional permit.
“He was who we contracted with last year as well,” said West. “He and another partner, the other partner, and he more or less split up last year. But he was the primary last year that knew how to set up the event and knew how to bring in the talent and knew how to do all those things that made the event successful.”…
