For the past year, chef and restaurateur Peter Sripan has been taking one small restaurant and combining it with another, larger one. Earlier in March, he began to unveil the results to diners.
Sripan, who has been working in restaurants for more than 50 years, opened Kapow Thai Street Food in the Lumina Commons shopping center at 1988 Eastwood Road in March 2023.
