CANTON, New York (WWNY) – A man accused of operating as a major drug trafficker is back in St. Lawrence County to face charges filed six years ago.
According to District Attorney Gary Pasqua, Keith Rodriguez was extradited earlier this week from New Jersey, where he was just released from prison.
