Kudos to Robert Smith and the African-America Legacy Project for promoting the Art Tatum Business District, but trying to put the kibosh on a $20 million federal grant to Toledo is the wrong way to go about it.
Mr. Smith and his compatriots stood up in protest last week against Toledo City Council giving final approval to the federal RAISE grant.
