The office arms race in Palm Beach Gardens just kicked up a notch. Gatsby Florida has tapped Hedrick Brothers Construction as general contractor for The Modern at Palm Beach Gardens, the developer announced this week. The project is planned as an eight-story Class AA office tower at 11200 RCA Center Drive totaling roughly 220,000 square feet, and Gatsby is targeting a mid-year groundbreaking in 2026. The move pairs Gatsby with a long-established West Palm Beach builder just as pre-leasing gets underway for the new campus.
