BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — The Third Annual East Baton Rouge Kite Fest is flying into Harvey/Vey Park this weekend.
The event hosted by the Gardere Initiative is set to take place from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, March 28, at 1702 Gardere Lane. Designed to promote neighborhood unity and reduce community crime, the festival has become a tradition in the Gardere community.
