The National Weather Service has issued a High Wind Warning from 6 a.m. MDT Friday, March 27, through midnight MDT into Saturday, March 28, for areas west of the Franklin Mountains, the Hueco Mountains, and the Otero Mesa, according to NWS El Paso.
