New multi-use trail opens at Pinnacle Mountain State Park

Arkansas State Parks has announced the opening of a new multi-use trail at Pinnacle Mountain State Park designed to expand access and connectivity for visitors.

The Owl Pass Trail stretches approximately one mile and is built to accommodate a wide range of users, including walkers, runners, cyclists and those using wheelchairs, track chairs or mobility scooters. The trail follows the Little Maumelle River and offers a smooth, accessible route through the park.

The trail also serves as a connector within the park’s system, linking the West Summit Day-Use Area to the Arkansas Arboretum.
