When fine dining restaurant Story. closed its doors in Prairie Village earlier this year, Tyler and Monica Morrison were ushered into their own restaurant’s next chapter.
It’s been six years since the couple signed a lease for a small catering kitchen. They did so during a time of great upheaval for the restaurant industry, which had changed quickly and drastically during the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic and widespread economic shutdowns.
