After years of delays and revised plans, the project to redevelop a section of NW Market St appears to be moving forward.
The plans call for a new mixed-use development at 1740 NW Market St., where Holland Partner Group is pursuing an eight-story project with 239 apartments, 140 parking spaces, and ground-floor retail.
