POND BANK- Two people with Franklin County addresses have been denied bail after being arrested on warrants from Howard County, Maryland. Kathleen Arrah Amesbury and and Dale Allen Brown Jr have been denied bail “in the interest of justice”. Both Brown and Amesbury have been charged in Pennsylvania with Arrest prior to requisition and remain incarcerated in the Franklin County Jail.
Around 6:30am on March 27th, members of the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office and the US Marshals Fugitive Task Force executed a search warrant on a home located in the 3100 block of Landfill Road, Chambersburg, PA. In the home, they say, was Kathleen Amesbury and Dale Brown Jr, both wanted out of Howard County Maryland.
Both Amesbury and Brown Jr are facing charges in Maryland of child abuse in the 1st degree resulting in death of a child under 13, conspiracy to commit child abuse in the 1st degree resulting in death of a child under 13, child abuse in the 2nd degree, and conspiracy to commit child abuse in the 2nd degree…
