After nearly two years without independent legal counsel, the Charlottesville Police Civilian Oversight Board has retained an attorney.
On March 13, PCOB signed a contract with its new independent legal counsel — Martin Conn, president and attorney at Richmond-based boutique complex litigation firm Moran Reeves Conn.
