RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. (WACH) — A 65-year-old man killed in an apartment complex shooting has been identified.
The Richland County Coroner identified Perry B. Buchanan of Columbia as the victim killed at Gable Oaks Apartment on Wednesday.
