INDIANAPOLIS — The Indianapolis City-County Council is demanding answers as the LEAP project in Boone County moves forward.
Recently, 21 of the 25 councilors wrote a letter to project management regarding the environmental impact on Indianapolis residents and Eagle Creek Park.
