A traffic stop along state Highway 92 in San Mateo County led to a short chase through a cemetery and the arrest of a man with outstanding felony warrants, the Sheriff’s Office said.
Sheriff’s deputies attempted to stop a vehicle for a traffic violation around 4:30 p.m. Wednesday near the intersection of Highway 92 and Highway 35 in unincorporated San Mateo County. The driver allegedly fled and entered the grounds of Skylawn Memorial Park, prompting deputies to set up a perimeter and deploy K-9 units and a drone.
