A new Japanese concept has quietly opened on North Orange Avenue.
Uma Sushi & Ramen is now in a soft opening phase at 486 N. Orange Ave., just north of Amelia Street in downtown Orlando.
The restaurant is billing itself as “Sushi & Ramen, done right,” with a menu that pairs ramen bowls like tonkotsu, shoyu, and miso with sushi rolls, nigiri, and sashimi.
