Building 369 – Aviator Hall will be transformed into a 30,000-square-foot community and event space as part of the Great Park Framework Plan in Irvine. The building, once a warehouse on the Marine Corp Air Station El Toro, will be located in the Cultural Terrace near the future Pretend City Children’s Museum and Flying Leatherneck Aviation Museum.
