HOWARD COUNTY, Md. (WBFF) — Howard County police have charged a 28-year-old mother and her boyfriend on Friday in connection to the death of her 3-year-old child in Columbia last year.
Kathleen Amesbury, of Columbia, and 25-year-old Dale Brown, of Hanover, PA, face several charges, including second-degree murder, first- and second-degree child abuse, involuntary manslaughter and neglect of a minor, officials said.
