LELAND, N.C. (WECT) – Two daycare workers are under investigation by the Leland Police Department after a mother claimed her 3-year-old son was assaulted in two separate incidents at Childcare Network in Leland.
Leslie Hough said her son’s teacher told her Thursday that two other teachers had been suspended. One was suspended for allegedly spraying a bottle of soapy water into the child’s mouth. The other was suspended for allegedly trapping him in a closet until he stopped crying.
