ANTHONY, N.M. (KFOX14/CBS4) — A 25-year-old man is being accused of murder after witnesses told investigators he shot a man during a “hangout” in Anthony, New Mexico, on Saturday.
According to jail records, the Dona Ana County Sheriff’s Office arrested Axel Fabian Herrera-Munoz and charged him with murder (first degree) and aggravated battery, which may cause death or great bodily harm, on Wednesday.
