ROCKFORD, Ill. (WTVO) — A Rockford man has been sentenced to spend six months in jail after police caught him with over 10 grams of the crack cocaine in his car during a January traffic stop.
Rockford Police reported they had to disable the vehicle driven by Devin Mitchell, 25, near W. State and Avon, in order to take him into custody.
