Hwy. 280 in St. Paul to close for four months

A four-month closure of a busy Twin Cities highway will start in April.

The Minnesota Department of Transportation has announced that Highway 280, which connects Interstate 94 on the St. Paul and Minneapolis border with Interstate 35W/Highway 36 in Roseville, will close between mid April and late August.
