SPOKANE, Wash. — A 16-year-old was arrested and now faces charges of second-degree murder and first-degree assault for allegedly shooting and killing a man and injuring another in North Spokane over the weekend.
The Spokane County Medical Examiner identifies the man killed as 44-year-old Dylan Bundy-Gray.
