PORTLAND, Ore. — The Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a death that happened at one of its facilities this week.
According to the sheriff’s office, a 65-year-old had a “medical incident” at the Multnomah County Detention Center, around 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
