BUFFALO, N.Y. — Two arrests have been made in connection to a burglary that happened Monday night in the City of Buffalo.
Pedro Viera, 40, and Carlos Cosme-Ramos, 42, are both facing charged. Both are listed as having no permanent address. They’ve both been charged with one felony count of burglary, one felony count of criminal mischief, and one misdemeanor count of criminal possession of a controlled substance.
