BAKERSFIELD, Calif.(KBAK/KBFX) — Caltrans said eastbound Highway 58 is set to see a daytime closure of eastbound Highway 58 between Highway 43 and Nord Avenue from Wednesday, April 1, through Thursday, April 2, for grinding and paving operations.
