PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY)– Police in Portsmouth are searching for a missing girl.
KaySomone Hogan-Townsel, 13, was last seen on around 7:30 a.m. on March 26 in the 1800 block of Charleston Avenue. She was last seen wearing a grey shirt, a black coat, and black pants with black and white shoes.
Hogan-Townsel is a black female with brown eyes and black hair. She is 5’0 and weighs 120 pounds…
