EAST CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – Residents on Manhattan Avenue and surrounding streets say potholes have made their neighborhood dangerous to navigate.
Tigheshawn Taylor, who lives on the cross street, Northfield Avenue, said the conditions affect driving, parking and walking on the sidewalk.
