MORGANTOWN, PA — A man is facing charges after police said a dispute over change at a Berks County convenience store escalated into an alleged assault on an employee.
According to Caernarvon Township Police, officers responded January 16 at approximately 5:01 p.m. to Sheetz, 3830 Main Street, for a report of a disorderly customer.
