Two Santa Rosa residents have been arrested following a seven-month investigation into copper thefts, the Sonoma County Sheriff’s Office said Friday.
Michael Salido, 63, was accused of burglary and grand theft, and scrapyard owner Annette Evins, 63, was accused of receiving stolen property, among other accusations, deputies said.
