TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – A Toledo woman is accused of dragging her child across a sidewalk and attempting to drag the child into oncoming traffic, according to official court records.
Police said a bystander intervened when Veronica Laraby, 29, tried to drag her child by the feet and hair into oncoming traffic Friday after dragging the child along the sidewalk. Multiple witnesses and an officer at the scene said Laraby appeared highly intoxicated.
