WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) – A New Hanover County man is being held without bond after investigators say he tried to solicit a 13-year-old online.
Court records say Michael Vantasell asked the child to meet up in private to ‘hang out’ in a conversation online. The 47-year-old then allegedly met up with the child on Sunday, March 22.
