WORCESTER – Charges have been filed against Kayla J. Finlay, 30, of Leicester, following a serious motor vehicle crash at the intersection of Park Avenue and Maywood Street on Thursday night. Finlay was operating a Nissan Altima while allegedly under the influence of alcohol when she struck a Hyundai Elantra from behind, causing it to crash into a building. The male operator of the Elantra sustained injuries and was transported to a local hospital; the extent of his injuries is currently unknown.
