WEST COLUMBIA, S.C. (WIS) – A minor was charged after a car crashed into a West Columbia restaurant at high speed.
West Columbia police told WIS they received a ‘be on the lookout for’ alert about an SUV driving at a high speed on Sunset Boulevard.
