The suspect apprehended in Thursday night’s FBI raid in Hoboken has been named. Alexander Heifler, a Hoboken, New Jersey resident was charged with unlawful possession and making of destructive devices, U.S. Attorney Robert Frazer announced.
Alexander Heifler, 26, was charged by a two-count complaint with one count of unlawful possession of destructive devices and one count of making destructive devices. Heifler’s initial appearance before U.S. Magistrate Stacey D. Adams is scheduled in Newark federal court at 2:00PM on Friday, March 27.
A LinkedIn profile with the name Alexander Heifler appears to match the defendant’s identity, making him a 2022 graduate of Stevens Institute.
