SF DA charges suspect in one of two fatal shootings reported around the same time

San Francisco police are investigating two fatal shootings reported around the same time on Tuesday night in two different city districts, including one that has led to an arrest, according to police.

Officers responded around 10:43 p.m. on March 24 to a home on the 2200 block of 22nd Avenue in the Parkside neighborhood, where they found a woman with a gunshot wound. She was taken to a hospital with life-threatening injuries and later died.

Homicide investigators later developed probable cause to arrest San Francisco resident Nation Wood, 25, officer Paulina Henderson confirmed to SFGATE.
